Phyllis Ann Hiatt, 70, of Bloomington and formerly of Linton, passed away on Friday, Jan. 16, 2004 at 4:25 p.m. in Bloomington Hospital.

She was born on July 30, 1933 in Linton to Sherman and Pansy I. Young Martindale.

She had worked at Glenburn Nusing Home.

She is survived by one son, Larry Max Goodman of Franklin; one daughter, Jackie R. Gaines of Bloomington; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frances Eugene Hiatt, her parents and one brother, Jack Plan.

Graveside service was at 1 p.m. today at Fairview Cemetery in Linton with Randy Raney officiating. Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel assisted with the arrangements.

There was no visitation or funeral service at the funeral home.
