Born March 28, 1957, in Oakland City, she was the daughter of Charles and Cleda (Richardson) Folsom.
She was a member of American Legion Post 256 Auxiliary and the Oakland City Eagles Lodge Auxiliary. She had worked at K-Mart, Jerry's Restaurant and currently at Buehler's Buy Low in Oakland City.
Survivors include her husband of six years, Barry Meadows; two daughters, Teresa Gibson of Evansville and Lora (Hall) Naas of Haubstadt; a step-daughter, Mandy Miskell of Princeton; step-sons Matt Meadows of Haubstadt and Barry Meadows Jr. of Knoxville, Tenn.; four sisters, Barbara Simmons of Princeton, Peggy Henico of Linton, Mary (Land) Overton and MaShella Woods, both of Fort Branch; three brothers, Charlie Folsom of Oakland City, Bill Folsom of Francisco, Ind., and Richard Folsom of Princeton; 13 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial service will be Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel, 226 E. Washington St., Oakland City, with the Rev. Larry Meadows officiating.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of the services Wednesday at the chapel.
