Myra L. Lawson, 67, passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, at 4:48 p.m. at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.

Born Feb. 10, 1937 in Evansville, she was the daughter of Norman and Beatrice (Petty) Cooper.

She was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church of Worthington, and a member of VFW Post 7117 Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include one son, Chuck Rogers of Linton; one step-daughter, Marlene Driskell of Worthington; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one daughter, Gloria Edwards.

Graveside service will be at Fairview Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Wednesday with Ken Matthews officiating.
