ELLETTSVILLE ---- Leona May "Dot" Ferguson , 81, of Ellettsville, passed away Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at Richland-Bean Blossom Health Care Center in Ellettsville.

Born March 6, 1921, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Sam and Wyrtie (Hudson) Edington.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Stella Moody of Terre Haute; two sons, Sam Ferguson of Bloomington and Tracy Ferguson of Switz City; four grandchildren, Amanda Ferguson, Jason Ferguson, Matthew Ferguson, and Molly King; and two step-grandchildren, Lisa and Roger Ashcraft.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Franklin "Cob" Ferguson; her daughter, Sally Ann Ferguson; two sisters, Mary Turpin and Colleen Wilson; two brothers, Merle and Max Edington; and her parents.

Memorial service will be at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield at 1 p.m. on Friday with the Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, and noon until the time of service Friday.
