Betty J. Crowder, 71, of Linton, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 17, at her residence.

Born Aug. 10, 1932, she was the daughter of Jessie and Violet (Myers) Miller.

She was retired with 27 years of service from RCA in Bloomington. She was a member of the Lyons Community Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Widdifield; one son, Daniel Dove; eight grandchildren, Stacy Burton, Shannon Riley, Riley Widdifield, Logan Widdifield, Casey Miller, Corey Miller, Greg Alumbaugh and Clint Alumbaugh; two sisters, Marge Miller of Switz City and Alice Hansens of Midland; three brothers, Jackie Miller of Midland, Robert Miller of Midland and Jessie Miller of Eastern Heights.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Crowder; a daughter, Jacklyn Miller Alumbaugh; and her parents.

Memorial service will be at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel at 1 p.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
