SANDBORN ---- Jessie L. Stewart, 96, of Sandborn, passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2004, at Glenburn Home in Linton.

Born Nov. 10, 1907, in Lewisburg, Ky., she was the daughter of George and Annie (Hudnall) Gilliam.

She was a homemaker and member of the Sandborn Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, R.L. Stewart and his wife Trillis of Shelbyville; a daughter, Kara Johanningsmeier and her husband Don of Sandborn; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, K.V. Stewart who died June 18, 1980, whom she married Dec. 24, 1930.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. on Saturday at Anderson-Poindexter Sandborn Chapel with the Rev. Glen Archer officiating. Burial will be in Sandborn Cemetery.

Visitation will be 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
