EUREKA, Ill. ---- Georganna Lynn Bruswitz, 95, passed away at 9 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke where she had been a resident.

Born March 12, 1908, in Linton, she was the daughter of Arthur Truman and Olive Belle Thorne Symms.

She was a homemaker and had also worked as a newspaper clerk in the past.

Survivors include her son-in-law, James Finch; two grandchildren, Kevin and Mary Finch; and two great-grandchildren, Emily and John Finch.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold A. Lynn in 1928, in Linton, who died in 1966; her second husband, Herman L. Bruswitz in Pawling, New York, who died in 1977; daughter, Mary Jo Finch; and two sisters, Mary Pratt and Jo Kingsbury.

Service was at 2 p.m. today at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka, Ill. Burial was at Olio Township Cemetery in Eureka.
