Audrey Gray Martin, 83, of Linton, died at 4:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at Grandview Manor Nursing Home in Martinsville.

Born in Linton Dec. 21, 1920, she was the daughter of Lowery and Etha N. (Alexander) Millick.

She had moved to Linton in July 1974 from Martinsville. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Linton.

Survivors include a son, Rory "Jim" (Amy) Martin of Martinsville; a brother, David Millick of Switz City; two sisters, Jessie Weaver of Muncie and Amy Hunter of Albany; a grandson, Justin (Crystal) Martin of Fort Knox, Ky.; a granddaughter, Alicia Martin of Martinsville; and a step-granddaughter, Melissa Daniels of Martinsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Martin, on Nov. 8, 1996, to whom she was married on March 11, 1942; and her parents.

Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Eugene Riker officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Welch and Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel, and after 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Church of Linton through the funeral home or the church.
