Bernice L. Clark, 92 of Chrisman, Ill., passed away March 29, 2004 at 1:30 a.m. at Lyons Health and Living Center.

She was born Aug. 11, 1911 in Edgar County, Ill., to Otis and Maude Smith Ward.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter LaReta Craig of Sandborn; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Isaac Clark.

Funeral service was today at 1:30 p.m. in the Scott-Bolen Funeral Home in Chrisman, Ill., with the Rev. Don Reed officiating. Burial was in Hoult Cemetery in Chrisman, Ill.
