Born Aug. 14, 1915 at Jamestown N.D., she was the daughter of James C. and Coy Gertrude (Bean) Manning.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Newberry Order of Eastern Star. A member of the Elnora Methodist Church, she attended the Newberry Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, James W. Rollins of Newberry; one daughter, Rhodonna K. Shipley of Lakeland Fla.; one brother, Hayes Manning of Indianapolis; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and seven great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Quince Rollins, who passed away in 1973; two sons, George Dean Rollins and Quince Rollins, Jr.; two brothers; one sister; one half-sister; and her parents.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Darin Hendrey officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Chapel Cemetery in rural Lyons.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and at noon until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. There will be an Order of Eastern Star service this evening.
