Jason Lane Carter, 25, of Dugger passed away Friday, June 11, 2004 in Bloomington Hospital due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Sullivan County.

Born Nov. 2, 1978 in Knox County, he was the son of Claude and Donna (Holloway) Carter. He was engaged to Trina Cunningham of Dugger.

He attended the Who So Ever Will Church in Dugger.

Survivors include: his parents of Dugger; one sister, Hope and her husband Joe Dennis of Robinson, Ill.; a grandmother Evelyn Carter of Flat Rock, Ill.; a nephew Jarad Flewellen; and his fiancee Trina Cunningham.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Demmy and Eddy Joe Flewellen and grandparents, Floyd and Mildred Holloway and Wayne Carter.

Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Flat Rock, Ill. with the Rev. Dan Dyer officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery, Flat Rock.
