Ricky Lee Ferguson, 47, of Sandborn, passed away at 7:12 a.m. May 30, 2004 at Greene County General Hospital.

Born Oct. 16, 1956 in Linton, he was the son of William M. and Shirley A. (Myers) Ferguson. He married Bobby L. (Cook) Ferguson on April 23, 1983.

He was a truck driver for Elmer Buchta for five years and worked for the State Highway Department for 19 years.

Survivors include: his wife, Bobby; his father, William; two daughters, Melissa Ann McMullen and her husband Rob of Rosedale and Amanda Lucas of Patoka; one granddaughter, Taylor Renee (Sugar) Lucas; one sister, Karen Blanton and her husband Jay of Sandborn; and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Ferguson.

Funeral service will be today at 2 p.m. at Anderson-Poindexter Sandborn Chapel with Scott Chambers officiating. Burial will be at Sandborn Cemetery.
