Roselyn (Wise) Strahle

BEECH GROVE ---- Roselyn (Wise) Strahle, 84, of Beech Grove, passed away June 18, 2004 in her home.

Born June 17, 1920 in Dugger, she was the daughter of Charles and Stella Wise.

She was formerly a member of Linton First Christian Church and later of Drexel Gardens Christian Church in Indianapolis.

Survivors include: four granddaughters, Kim Marshall of Indianapolis, Marsha Walker of Indianapolis, Cari Holsapple of Linton and Marci Chesnutt of Bloomington; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by: her husband Maurice Strahle; a son Jan Chesnutt; a daughter Sonja Buckland; an infant son John Lawrence; granddaughter Kathy Sexton; infant great-granddaughter Misty Osborne; and nine siblings.

Graveside memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday at Clayton Cemetery in Linton.
