Marianna H. Bell, 60, of Linton, passed away at 7:25 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

She was born Nov. 11, 1943 in Germany.

She was a homemaker who came to the United States in 1968. She married John W. Bell on Sept. 4, 1970.

Survivors include: her husband John W. Bell of Linton; one son Richard T. Smock and his wife Adina of Linton; two daughters, Rhonda R. Smock who is Richard's twin sister, of Linton, and Tonya S. Bell of Linton; and two grandchildren, Kayla M. Smock and Evan William Smock.

She was preceded in death by a son, Johnnie Bell in 1987.

There will be visitation at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday. There will be no funeral service.
