Thomas Wayne Vandeventer

GEORGIA ---- Thomas Wayne Vandeventer, 52, formerly of Bloomington, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2004 at his residence in Georgia.

Born April 13, 1952 in Vincennes, he was the son of Dewey Vandeventer and Dixie (Petmecky) Middlebrooks.

Survivors include: his wife Christine; his father Dewey Vandeventer of Bloomfield; his mother Dixie (Petmecky) Middlebrooks and her husband Robert of Georgia; half-brother Robert Middlebrooks of Florida; half-sister Leatrice Buehler; half-brother Sean Vandeventer; and half-sister Kirsten Vandeventer, all of Texas.

Visitation was Tuesday, Oct. 26 at Logan's Funeral Home in Elijay, Ga. Burial was Wednesday, Oct. 27 at National Veterans Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tenn.
