Douglas A. Williams, 35, of Augusta, Ga., passed away at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 at University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

Born March 27, 1969 in Lebanon, he was the son of Harold E. and Lou Ella J. (Myers) Williams of Linton.

He was a sales associate at Wal-Mart in Augusta, Ga.

Survivors include: his parents, Harold and Lou Ella Williams of Linton; three sisters, Robin and her husband Joe Hineman of Linton, Samantha Williams of Linton, and Jeanne and her husband Darrell Adams of Mount Vernon; two brothers, Harold E. Williams, II, of Sandusky, Ohio, and James H. Williams Sr. of Lebanon; and 11 nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel, Linton at 11 a.m. on Thursday with Pastor Jeff Sloan officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Linton.

Friends may call from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
