Curtis Lee Samm, infant, was stillborn at 5:54 a.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2004 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.

His parents are Mastin C. Samm and Jackie L. Cazee of Jasonville.

Survivors include, his parents; two brothers, Logyn and Avery Cazee at home; his maternal grandmother, Sandy Cazee of Jasonville; his maternal grandfather, Jack Cazee of Jasonville; his paternal grandmother, Helen Richardson of Jasonville; his paternal grandfather, Kevin Samm of Farmersburg; his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Cazee of Jasonville; his paternal great-grandparents, Buck and Delores Edwards of Sullivan, and Everett and Wanda Samm of Farmersburg; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home, Jasonville. Burial will be in Peavey Cemetery, Howesville.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
