Roger Brian Boyles, 60, of Linton, passed away at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004 at his residence.

Born Nov. 3, 1944 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Charles Lee and Annette (Johnson) Boyles. He married Gloria Jean (Mayfield) Boyles on Dec. 27, 1974.

He was a retired machinist. He was a veteran of the Air Force and a member of the American Legion Post 22 in Linton.

Survivors include: his father Charles Lee Boyles of Indianapolis; his wife Gloria Jean (Mayfield) Boyles of Linton; a daughter Gina C. Roth of Indianapolis; a step-son Kenneth Wayne Hardwick of Florida; three grandchildren; and a half-brother Paul Allen Hale of Warsaw.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

There will be no public service or visitation.
