Evalena Wilson, 88, of Sullivan, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.

Born May 15, 1916 in Sullivan County, she was the daughter of Jesse and Alpha (Ridgeway) Davidson. She had been married to Blair Wilson, who passed away in 1986.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Survivors include: a son John Wilson of Conyers, Ga.; a sister Clara Margaret Kroger of Sullivan; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Blair Wilson, and two daughters, Patsy Wilson Rickard and Virginia Wilson.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at IOOF Cemetery in Carlisle with Minister Jackie Harlow officiating.

Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday at Alexander-Kean Funeral Home, Sullivan.
