Frank Tolen, 88, of Plainfield and formerly of Worthington, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2005 at Avon.

Born Oct. 5 1916, he was the son of Leroy and Lilly Tolen.

Survivors include: a son Kenneth Tolen of Indianapolis, two daughters, Betty Bradley of Plainfield and Virginia Griffith of Morgantown; 10 grandchildren; and two sisters, Anna Shilkett of Linton and Lena Wilson of Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Himebrook Tolen, three sisters and one brother.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, 106 Shaw St., Plainfield.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
