Michael D. Weaver, 57, of Anderson, passed away Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005 at his residence after an extended battle with cancer.

He was born Aug. 12, 1947 in Linton.

He was the manager at Steak-n-Shake in Anderson and Carmel for eight years.

Survivors include: three children, Ryan Weaver, Linnette Weaver, and Trent Allan Weaver; one sister Bunny Ray; an adopted brother Frank Edward; three half-sisters, Patty Jo, Mary Faye and Stacey; one half-brother Hallie; his dad Pat Weaver of Linton; special friend Marcia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, NelJean (Hutchison) and Frank Killian.

Funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 7 p.m. at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes and Crematory, South Chapel, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, with Pastor Mike Robbins officiating. Cremation will take place.

Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, south chapel.
