Mary Jo Simms, 67, of Worthington, passed away at 2 a.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at Bloomington Hospital.

Born Aug. 16, 1937 in Greene County, she was the daughter of George Dayton and Bessie (Siegler) Hostetter.

She was a homemaker and worked at the Marathon Inn in Worthington as a waitress for several years.

Survivors include: a son Dana Nicholas Simms of Worthington; a daughter Tracy Duncan of Worthington; and a granddaughter Miranda Dupire of Worthington.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Wilma Jean Longo, Dorothy Stahl and Mildred Stalcup; and three brothers, Dorman, George and Don Hostetter.

There will be no service or visitation.
