Penny Garrett Stalcup Bays

ST. ALBANS, Va. ---- Penny Garrett Stalcup Bays, 41, of St. Albans, W.Va. and formerly of Worthington, passed away Sunday morning after a battle with cancer.

Survivors include: two daughters, Desiree Keller of Lyons, and Rheannon Stalcup of St. Albans, W.Va.; one son Stevie Stalcup of St. Albans, W. Va.; a sister Terry L. Garrett of Huntington, W. Va.; a brother Bob Garrett of Lyons; her father Jesse Garrett of St. Albans, W. Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

At her request, her body will be cremated and there will be no memorial service until June, when her last wishes will be carried out by her brother. A motorcycle procession will carry her ashes to Hawk's Nest State Park outside Ansted, W. Va.

Kellers Funeral Home in Dunbar, W. Va. is in charge of arrangements.
