Jack R. Martin, 74, of Linton, passed away at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, 2005 at Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Shiloh Lutheran Church in Walton with Pastor McShannoock officiating. A celebration of life dinner will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or the Shiloh Lutheran Church in Walton.

Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger was in charge of arrangements.
