INDIANAPOLIS ---- William E. "Bill" Gregory, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2005, at his residence.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. After the service, he worked for many years at Olin Brass Company, retiring in 1997.

Survivors include: a step-daughter Roberta Duncan of Morgantown; a step-son Eddie Reed of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother Norman Gregory of Switz City; four sisters, Wilma Jean Ray of Bloomington, Norma Porter of Jasonville, Doretta Hearth and Loretta Kent of Bloomington; and step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Esther Fern (Poorman) Reed.

Burial will be in Salisbury Cemetery, Salisbury.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
