George Olan Ketchem

George Olan Ketchem, 61, of Las Vegas, Nev., passed away at 8:10 a.m., July 14, 2005 at Las Vegas.

Born Dec. 22, 1943 in Washington, he was the son of Perry L. and Elizabeth A. (Elsey) Ketchem.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a food handler.

Survivors include: his mother Elizabeth Ketchem of Linton; a brother Richard Ketchem of Linton; and three sisters, Virginia McCool of Illinois, Bonnie Browning of South Bend, and Judy Ketchem of Lyons.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister Norma Mattingly and a brother Robert L. Ketchem.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Fairview Cemetery in Linton with the Rev. Dean Hartman officiating.

There will be no public visitation.

Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, is in charge of local arrangements.
