Dr. Jack C. Siebe, 74, of Indianapolis, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005.

Born Jan. 4, 1931 in St. Louis, Mo., he was a veteran of the Indiana National Guard, a graduate of Shortridge High School and a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also did his undergraduate studies. He was a mason, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, and a member of the NRA.

Survivors include his wife, Grace Mary Siebe; children, Dr. Karl W. (Sandra) Siebe and Kathryn (Stewart) McMillan; four grandchildren: Craig and Matthew Siebe, and Kelly and Ian McMillan; and one sister, Janet (Jerry) Brown.

Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
