CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- James Allen Price, 61, of Clarksville, Tenn., passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005 at his residence.

Born Sept. 26, 1943 in Clarksville, he was the son of Louie Price and Lillian Franks. On July 12, 2004 he married Diann Haddock Noel Price, who is formerly of Bloomfield, in Gatlinburg, Tenn. He is the son-in-law of Luther and Nancy Haddock of Bloomfield

He was in the U.S. Military in the 1st Calvary Division C-Camp, 1st Platoon Air Mobile. He was discharged in 1968. He was in the U.S. Army Forces in Vietnam and wounded at a door gunman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service was Thursday in Clarksville, Tenn., at McReynolds and Nave Funeral Home.
