John P. Lennings, 37, of Jasonville, passed away at 9:55 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 12, 2005 at the Sullivan Health and Living Center.

Born Jan. 8, 1968 in Birmingham, Ala., he was the son of Billie and Susan Perna Lennings.

He was employed with the Carpenter Union Local 546.

Survivors include: his parents Billie and Susan Lennings of Jasonville; his grandmother Lois Pauline Lennings of Jasonville; three daughters, Ashley, Whitney, and Sierra Lennings, all of Sullivan; a brother Billy Lennings of Jasonville; and three sisters, Peggy Simmons of Linton, and Suzanne Steuerwald and Lacy Stone, both of Jasonville.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with the Revs. Dennis Leek, Glen Jordan, and Larry Goodman officiating. Burial will be in Dugger Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, and before the service Friday at the funeral home.
