Born April 25, 1919, he was the son of Clarence and Eva Myers.
He was a retired machinist for Dana (formerly Weatherhead in Syracuse) with 30 years of service, moving to Florida after retirement. He was a World War II veteran, serving with the 99th Infantry Division.
Survivors include: his wife Joyce of Sebastian, Fla.; a sister Pauline Brown of Florida; two daughters, Judy and her husband Charles Kirkman of Bedford and Dee Myers of Bloomfield; a step-daughter Dr. Kathleen Klink of New York; three step-sons, Steve Bornman of Michigan, Pat Bornman of Fort Wayne, and Kenneth Klink of Tequesta, Fla.; two nieces; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Larry Myers, and a step-son Rod Bornman.
