Vivian Eleane Richardson, 94, of Elbert, Colo., and formerly of Linton, passed away at Metro Denver Hospice in Aurora, Colo., at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005.

Born Jan. 16, 1911 in Linton, she was the daughter of Otis Lee and Pearl Lois (Heaton) Gray.

She was a homemaker and an artist and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include: a daughter Vicki Jo Richardson Poe of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister Meeda Evelyn Kennedy of Chicago; five grandchildren, Kerry LeBleu, Amy McClelland, Monti Withycombe, Darren Withycombe, and Jason Withycombe; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband William I. Richardson, a daughter Sheryl Dianne Richardson Broussard, a brother Roy Maynard Gray, and her parents.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and after noon Saturday at the funeral home.
