Charlotte K. (Stremming) Robbins, 68, of Westphalia, passed away at 10:54 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

Born Aug. 30, 1937 in Westphalia, she was the daughter of Eldo R. and Ruth E. (Bray) Stremming.

She was a clerical worker and a confirmed member of the Salem UCC.

Survivors include: one son Rick A. Robbins and his wife Lillian of Buchanan, Ga.; one daughter Lisa K. Carpenter of Westphalia; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her ex-husband Chuck A. Robbins; a sister Lorene F. and her husband Lowell Gentry of Sandborn; a brother David R. Stremming and his wife Lynn of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a sister-in-law Dorothy Stremming of Westphalia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Scott M. Robbins and a brother Vivan E. Stremming.

Funeral service will be at Salem United Church of Christ, Westphalia, at 2 p.m. on Saturday with Pastor James R. Gray and the Rev. Peter Haskins officiating. Burial will be in Salem UCC Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
