Ralph R. (Red) Mitchell, 94, of Sullivan and formerly of Cass, passed away at 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at the Sullivan County Community Hospital.

Arrangements are pending at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger.
