BLOOMINGTON -- Sally E. Medina, 68, of Crane and formerly of Indianapolis and Loogootee, passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2006 in Columbus.

Born April 13, 1937 in Benton Harbor, Mich., she was the daughter of Juan and Ruth (Bishop) Medina.

She retired after 32 years as a secretary with the Indiana State Highway Department.

Survivors include three brothers, Pete Medina of Crane, Juan Medina of Mitchell, and James Medina of Bloomfield and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ruth Nelle Medina and a brother Thomas Medina.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Allen Funeral Home, Bloomington, with Tom Medina officiating.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
