Juanita Nell Williams, 73, of Linton and formerly of Jasonville, passed away at 5:57 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.

Born Jan. 5, 1933 in Montgomery, Ala., she was the daughter of Buster and Myrtle (Norwood) Williams.

She was a homemaker and a live-in nanny.

Survivors include: a daughter Janice and her husband Gary Cross of Lyons; a son James Allen "Keith" Sullivan of Bloomington; a brother Jerry Collins of Jasonville; seven grandchildren, Tia, Eric, Kimberly, George and Elijah Sullivan, Jamie Gaspar, and Jessie Montgomery; and two great-grandchildren, Cecelia and Benjamin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Lutie Collins, a son Raymond Allen Chilton, and a brother Arthur Williams.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Sassafras Cemetery in Linton.

Friends may call at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel from noon until the time of service Wednesday.
