Lois Ann Bledsoe, 74, of Sullivan, passed away at 12:25 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 16, 2006 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Born Feb. 10, 1931 in Sullivan, she was the daughter of Russell and Alma Inman Bledsoe.

She was a retired nurse at Union Hospital in Terre Haute and was also in the Air National Guard.

She was a legal guardian and mother to George Sly of Sullivan, Jerry Goodman of Dugger, and Cheryl Goodman Quinif of Ohio, who survive her. Survivors also include: two brothers, Jack Bledsoe of Linton and Paul Bledsoe of Terre Haute; two sisters, Mary Hanner of Park County, and Jane Bledsoe of Sullivan; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with George Sly giving the eulogy. Cremation will follow.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today, and before the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
