Born April 22, 1923 in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Everett Scott and Marian Crissenberry.
She was a supervisor for Indiana Bell in Indianapolis and Bloomington, then Southern Bell in Orlando, Fla., where she retired after 40 years of service. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, the Rebekah Lodge, the Homemakers Club, and the Bloomfield Christian Church.
Survivors include: a daughter Martha Gastineau of Plainfield; three grandsons; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Murrell, Emerson, and Gilbert Scott, and an infant brother.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with Rev. Ed Smith officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, and one hour prior to service Thursday at the funeral home.
