MARTINSVILLE - Judith "Julie" Annette Wheeles, 63, of Martinsville, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006, at Grandview Health and Rehab Center in Martinsville.

Born June 6, 1942 in Peoria, Ill., she was the daughter of Lyle and Jane (Black) Wheeles.

Survivors include: her daughters, Cynthia Perrigan and Crystal Shirley; 5 grandchildren, Shanna Orr, Jesse Perrigan, Matty Perrigan, Danielle Brock and Colton Shirley; and a great-grandchild, Lindsey Brock.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Wheeles, and a sister Marlene Cruse.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, Indiana.

Nathan Butler Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
