Ronald Eugene Sharp

Ronald Eugene Sharp, 46, of rural Sandborn, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2006 in Denver, Colo.

Born May 20, 1959 in Linton, he was the son of Jerry Sharp and Vera Clifford Wall.

He was a graduate from L&M High School in Lyons, and graduated from Oakland City University. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Survivors include: his mother, Vera Wall of Sandborn; his father, Jerry Sharp of Poseyville; a daughter, Kathlene Sharp of Princeton, three brothers, Chris Sharp and James Sharp, both of Linton, and Jerry Sharp Jr. of Poseyville; three sisters, Debra Stahl of Worthington, Dawn Mitchell of Jasonville, and Jennifer Sharp of Owensville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son Benjamin Cory Sharp and a brother Jerry Bryan Sharp.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Stafford Cemetery with the Rev. Don Reed officiating.

Friends may call at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
