Adam Ryan Fish, 12 hours, of Worthington, passed away at 8:09 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2006, at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born June 9, 2006 at Bloomington Hospital, he was the son of Jason and Amy (Manley) Fish.

Survivors include: his parents Jason and Amy Fish of Worthington; grandparents, Charles Fish and Pam Gould, and Gil and Sherry Manley; great-grandparents, Bob and Virginia Padget, Catherine Fish, Marguerite Manley, Shirley Ferrand, and Donald and Vickie Ferrand; aunts and uncles, Gibby and Breanna Manley, and Jake and Natosha Livingston; cousins, Emily and Abbie Manley, and Krissy and Kailyn Livingston; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Gib Manley, his great-grandfather Raymond Fish, and a great-uncle Donnie Ferrand.

Private graveside service will be conducted today at Prairie Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Don Reed officiating.
