George A. Fraser, 90, of Linton, passed away at Monday, Sept. 25, 2006 at his residence.

Born Jan. 16, 1916, in Linton, he was the son of Cyprien and Josephine (Henri) Fraser.

He retired from General Motors Guide Lamp Division in Anderson and attended the Assembly of God Church in Linton. He was an Army Medic in World War II.

Survivors include three daughters, Marge Isaacs and her husband, Michael of Linton, Joyce Gaye Cave of Anderson, and Georgetta Goen and her husband, Wayne, of Pendleton; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded by his wife, Ruby (Beadle) Fraser on Feb. 28, 1989; a daughter, Joy Kay Millage; a brother, August Fraser; a sister, Rosemary Fraser and his parents.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
