Mary Renee (Nana) Blevens, 43, of Linton, passed away at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.

Born June 18, 1963 in Washington, she was the daughter of Donald Blevens and Mary Manuel Blevens.

Survivors include: two brothers, Mike Blevens and Eric Blevens, both of Dugger; a special friend, Harold Sipes of Linton; two nieces, Ashley and Amber Blevens; and one nephew, Josh Blevens.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Donald Ray Jr.; and one sister, Dana Blevens.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with the Rev. Keith Pope officiating. Burial will follow in Dugger Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
