Born, July 18, 1943, he was the son of Noval and Alma (Miller) Myers.

He was a retired railroad worker.

Survivors include: two sons, Anthony Myers and William Myers, both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; four brothers, Eugene Myers, Laporte, Danny Myers, Shelburn, Larry Myers, Jasonville and Earl Myers, Jasonville; and two sisters, Shirley Glascoe and Mary Syler, both of Dayton, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donnie Myers.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Sassafrass Cemetery with the Rev. Hurshel Hale officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Anderson-Poindexter Memorial Chapel in Linton handled the arrangements.
