Edna May Lamb

Edna May Lamb, 68, of Montezuma, passed away at 2 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006, at Health South in Terre Haute.

She was born May 26, 1938, in Grand Rivers, Ky., the daughter of Archie &Ivey (Kirby) Molott.

She was a member of the Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include four sons, Steve Stone of Montezuma, Jewell Stone and his wife, Pam, of Bloomfield, Robert Stone, and his wife, Heather, of Montezuma, and Jackie Stone; his wife, Annetta, of Clinton; a brother, Ed Molott of Mayfield, Ky.; a sister, Kathleen Clark of Mayfield, Ky.; three half-sisters, Louise Knoth of Katawa, Ky., Henrietta Paters of Princeton, Ky., and Sharon Hughes of St. Louis, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her first husband, William G. Stone; her second husband, Bobby Lamb; a son, William Clifford Stone; two sisters; and her parents.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel with Brother Tim Orr officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
