Born June 14, 1928 in Greene County, he was the son of Webster D. and Luna (Bland) McIntosh.
He was a retired Indiana State police trooper and a member of Tulip Church of God.
Survivors include: four children, Debbie Harshman of Bloomfield, Elizabeth Sutter of New Braunfels, Texas, Anthony R. McIntosh of Linton, and Terri Lynn Hilterbrand of Indianapolis; one sister, Eva M. McIntosh of Bloomfield; two brothers, Wayne and Frederick "Ted" McIntosh both of Bloomfield; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Weldon D. McIntosh.
Funeral service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Jeff Rockey officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Tulip Church of God Building Fund in care of Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home.
