He was born on Sept. 29, 1959 in Bloomington to Gene and Evelyn (Piercefild) Hall
He and his wife owned and operated Hall's Custom Concrete and he was a member of Am Vets.
Survivors include his wife, Kelley (Johnson) Hall of Solsberry; his mother Evelyn Bastin of Solsberry; step-father, Ezra Bastin Jr.; five step-children, Jeramey (Jamey) of Kansas City, Mo., Matthew of Payson, Utah, Troy (Wendy) of Springville, Utah, Megan (Josh) of Switz City, and Misty of Madison; two brothers, Steve (Sherry) Hall of Bloomfield; Doug Hall of Worthington; one sister, Donna Hall of Newark; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside service will be held at the Newark Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. on Friday with Larry Mitchell officiating.
