Leah J. (Jackson) Lake, 65, of Linton, passed away, Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2006 at Seton Specialty Hospital in Carmel.

Born July 7, 1942 in Linton, she was the daughter of Murl and Martha Tincher.

A 1959 graduate of L&M High School,. she had worked as a secretary for Herf Jones.

She is survived by two aunts, and several cousins.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Dog Island Cemetery in Lyons with Pastor Larry Corns.

There will be no visitation.

Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
