Born May 5, 1950, in Vanderburgh County, he was the son of Paul and Thelma (Williams) Donohoo.
A 1968 graduate of Wood Memorial High School, he served in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy. He was a coal miner and member of United Mine Workers of America Local 1274 and the Eagles Lodge.
He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Jason Grow of Washington; sons, Ryan Donohoo of Washington, and Bobby Sweany of Sandborn; mother, Thelma Donohoo of Washington; grandchildren, Bethany Ice, Todd Risley and Tiffany Sweany; brothers, Mike Donohoo of Lynnville, Bruce Donohoo of Buckskin, and Dan Donohoo of Lynnville; and special friend, Nancy Nickell of Washington.
Private family service will be held.
