Christine Marshall, 60, of Jasonville, passed away at 5:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007 at her residence.

Born Dec. 3, 1946 in Sullivan Coxunty, she was the daughter of Robert Omar Ruff and Nancy Bratcher Ruff Souders.

Survivors include: Her husband, Lloyd "Vernie" Marshall; three sons, James Marshall and wife Danielle of Jasonville, Mark Marshall and wide Cathy of Dugger and Robbie Marshall of Sullivan; two daughters, Lori Lambermont and husband Rod of Jasonville and Amy Burdette and husband Brian of Linton; three brothers, Allen Ruff of Sullivan County, Tim Ruff of Pleasantville and Jo Souders of Linton; three sisters, Darlene Manuel of Cass, Leslie Stevens of Linton and Anna Souders; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosemary Danko and Mickie Lynn.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor David Swalls officiating. Burial will follow in Long's Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today, and before the service Friday at the funeral home.
