Wilma Jean (Smith) Vance

Wilma Jean (Smith) Vance, 81, of Chula Vista, Calif., passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006 at her residence.

She was a self-employed businesswoman for many years in Chula Vista.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley L. Vance; her parents, John and Susan Smith; two brothers; and three sisters.

Graveside service will be at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomington at 2 p.m. on Sunday with the Rev. Keith Long officiating. There will be no public visitation.

Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of local arrangements.
